This trade dosen't make much sense to me on the Rams side, Mccown and a 6th dont equal Cousins.

how so? kirk is a 72 rated QB, with not too much potential, mcown is a 65 rated backup QB(what he needs after this trade) and the 6th rounder i'm sure can suffice for the 7 point rating differential.
