Reason for trade:
Bears need a starting tackle until the position is properly addressed either in FA or the Draft.
Cowboys get picks to fill any depth holes with young players that can be developed.

I approve. I think the trade is pretty even, Bears get a decent DT to fill in until FA/Draft and Cowboys get some draft picks in return that will allow them to build up on prospects.
