I agree. I want Kelce who is already the best run blocking TE in the NFL.

I run a 2-3 TE offense and he can block and catch.

I'm going to have huge cap so draft picks are not that important to me since I'm getting the young players I would want out of the draft (I like the bird in the hand). Plus, I will have $40M to attack Free Agency.

When the trade with the Buccs goes though, my only needs will be a upgraded power back and a starting WR to go on the other side of AJ Green. I'm also trying to work a trade for a WR.

Well, it is also a case of need, my Rookie TE who i was counting on, Eifect is out for the season. I need and want Kelce.

I believe he would be a top 3 TE is this next draft. If you look at this rookie class in the game, he is atop 3 TE. He would be taken in the 2nd -3rd round in my experience. I would of at least have had to use a 3rd to get him. I consider this a semi steal and a semi fair deal. I want a TE that can run block and be a receiver. His run blocking and impact blocking is ALREADY best in the NFL. Then add his speed and his catch etc and I felt a little bad about taking him from ill.

But ill has seemed to have made up his mind to trade him. And I wanted him, I did not want to look and find that he was traded to someone else much like the A Foster trade. If I thought there was a chance that the Texans would have traded Foster I would have been in the thick of it.

I approve with your input LUG, but rest of trade committee needs to look at it.
